Performed a transmission inspection, kept me up to date with what was happening, got me in a day ahead of appointment and were very kind and friendly when I went in to pay the bill. They even had my vehicle towed there and covered the bill and added it to my bill. I’d recommend their services.

I appreciated the communication I received as it was detailed and regular. (Texts and paper) . Spencer at the front desk was courteous and respectful. It took 4 days to get a loaner( car was in shop total 7-8 days) but I was thankful to have it after no vehicle for 4 days. I mentioned to a couple people and they thought the price for used starter and installation was expensive…I’m just trusting McPhersons gave me a honest price as I’m not into cars and mechanical things. Overall my experience was very good.

Service was great, they were very prompt with replying to me, and did a great job on my car. They really should use paper floor mats when they get into a vehicle. I did not appreciate the big very dirty footprints on my mats as I just vacuumed it the day before to bring it in! Other than that, very good service!

We had a really good feeling about the service done recently while getting a safety and vehicle emissions test done on our car here in Carleton Place. MacPherson's was a great place to go for auto service as the staff were very friendly, honest and professional. Also I was blown away with how clean and organized the whole front office was. Super clean and nicely appointed, with a delightful lounge to sit and wait too! We didn't put the loaner car to much use, yet we really appreciated it's availability also. Highly recommended!

Macpherson’s in Carleton Place is the best place for practically anything to do with a car/truck etc. They are competent, super friendly and accommodating. After years of being a customer with a modern and classic car I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended indeed! Two years later I can say the same things over again and I do! They are calm, cool, collected and always with a smile. They stand by their work and that means a lot. A family operation for 70 years. Holy moly! Give them them a try if you haven’t yet.
