Stopped in first to get an estimate of the work I needed done. At the end of the day the estimate was correct and very happy with the work that was done!

Overpriced across the board. Hourly rate is high and still charge double the value for parts. Won't be going back there.

I've hired MacPherson Auto Centre to service my truck and safety my trailer. They've also hired my company to install various low voltage systems during the complete renovation of their office. Working for Ross & Spencer as well as having their mechanics work on my vehicles was a pleasure from start to finish...that's saying a lot. Thanks guys for keeping things simple and efficient by being pleasant to deal with, always keeping your word and most of all, providing me peace of mind knowing that I'm in good hands. Oh yeah, it's an added bonus that I always hear a joke or two and have a good laugh every time I stop by!

We had a really good feeling about the service done recently while getting a safety and vehicle emissions test done on our car here in Carleton Place. MacPherson's was a great place to go for auto service as the staff were very friendly, honest and professional. Also I was blown away with how clean and organized the whole front office was. Super clean and nicely appointed, with a delightful lounge to sit and wait too! We didn't put the loaner car to much use, yet we really appreciated it's availability also. Highly recommended!
