Your pickup and delivery service is greatly appreciated. Your employees are helpful and courteous. When I moved to Carleton Place, MacPhersons was recommended as reputable garage. I have not been disappointed. I would not take my car anywhere else for most work. I appreciate also that while the car is inthe shop, it is checked out for a lot of other things that could need attention. That is going the second mile. At the same time, no unnecessary work is done. The last two times the car was returned, it looked like the car had been washed including tires. I was happy about that.
