We've used MacPherson services for many, many years. They are trustworthy and honest and very efficient.

I dropped off my vehicle for tire changeover and some lights on dash lit up. They quickly provided quotes on repair and time frame. Super pleased with the level of service they provide.

MacPherson's is the cleanest Auto Centre I have ever been to. The staff are constantly friendly, professional and courteous. I really liked and appreciated the diagnostic e-mail they sent me, I could take my time and read what they have done, what they found, and things to look out for in the future. I am always leery when going to a garage, since I am female, I have been taken for in the past. Not with MacPherson's, they never recommended unnecessary work. They have my full trust, as long as I live in Carleton Place and as long as I have a car, they will always have me as a customer.

For three (3) years in a row, we have been going to Macphersons for complete auto detailing in the Spring. This is by far the best auto detailing service we have ever used. The car looks like the day it rolled off the lot when we get it back. They also pick up our vehicle in the morning and deliver it back to us in the afternoon. Lovely to deal with in person and on the phone!

This place is awesome. The building office and waiting room are impeccable. The service is top notch and the detailing work was the best I've ever gotten. I have had every vehicle I own detailed at other places but as long as McPherson is open I will use them.

Our 3 year vehicle looked as clean as the day we drove off the dealership. The interior attention to detail was most noticeable. There was nothing left untouched. The winter mats in particular that I had difficutly cleaning looked brand new!. What was most surprising was the autodetailing cost - most reasonable and well worth the service.
