Charged me 15% more than I was quoted for tire install with some absurd charges tossed in (hazardous waste disposal??). Pricing was still comparatively ok and service was otherwise fine. Wont be going back.

Hi Michael. Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review. Feedback is extremely important to us. Also important to us, is not charging more than the latest quote you’ve been given. I will look at this first thing Monday morning but at your convenience, could you please give me a call at 613-257-2878 so I can make this right. As for the hazardous waste fee, on most chemicals like tire lube and tire bead sealer, we are charged an environmental fee which is where that comes from. Great people to deal with. Spencer was on top of the job and contacted me on multiple occasions to make sure they did what I wanted and what the car needed.

Brought my car in for minor work (tires allignment) and when I got it back, it came with a digital analysis of my car and its condition including the amount of tread left on my tires, brake life , everything . My keys were given to me in a sealed , sanitized bag. .. I was speechless. Amazing.

Since moving to Carleton Place 3 years ago, I've taken my '08 Prius to Macpherson's for major and minor work. Each time has been the same experience - staff are very professional, high workmanship, generous with their time explaining and answering questions, and have gone out of their way to help when I've needed it most.
